Watched it, STZ said CGC would retain control.

Have also seen management change their minds.

If STZ ends up with over 51% it's purely at their discretion unless they spin off the medical side which Bruce has also mentioned as a possibility.

Have no negative position on what could happen, it's looking to be a very positive relationship. Also can't be naive in thinking the relationship won't have it's share of problems. jmo
