Magic - let me apologize to you for all the sandbox activity lately. You bringing this info to the table is very much appreciated! I agree in that we should focus on letting those possible investors become aware of what they are potentially stepping into. IMO - as long as we retain the current CEO, this company is going no where fast and implosion is a real possibility.

My prediction is that another massive reverse split will occur and all current shareholders will be diluted down to scraps. With an offering of 350 million shares @ .01 - you know the company is willing to dilute everyone out of desperation of some kind.

As long as we a have company cheerleader trying to deflect the truth and sugar coat the misgivings of what is happening with paso - there most likely wont ever be a push in a more positive direction for the investors.

Lets hope for the best - but know we are facing the worst.
