ONDS: First trade today 100 @ $4.50, I like it but that definitely seems quite high w/ 57.6M o/s.
Then again, I should probably stop even considering the o/s, market cap or even float for that matter, on new issue, it's just a psychological thing for me though....lol. Instead I should just focus on how many shares are held @ DTC, in this case 799K held at DTC, these are the ones cleared and available for easy trading electronically, and that's really all that matters early on.
I mean, technically, you could have a new issue with 250M o/s 50M float and 200K held and DTC....and it could run better than an older ticker with 15M o/s 5M float and 5M held at DTC....not to mention you don't have that overhang of old shareholders dumping and whacking on the way up.
So really o/s is overrated on new issue, as I said before it's just a psychological thing more than anything. Let's say your a seed investor in a new issue, and you got a bunch of shares/certs at .001 cent, it's not like you can go down to your local TDA office and deposit a boatload of penny stock certificates into your account, even if they are unrestricted, it's just not that easy....especially now.
