MMNFF paid $19,350,000. for retail building located at 1308-1312 Abbot Kinney, Venice, Californis 90291 on February 28, 2018.
In connection with the Agreement, the Company issued a promissory note dated March 13, 2018 for $10,500,000.(the "note"). The note has maturity date of April 1, 2019 and bears interest at the rate of 8.99% annum.
