It's a start. Reducing share counts, removing convertibles off the books and halting any speculation of dilution is big first step. This stock needs to heel. Kind of like dumping a bad girlfriend/boyfriend. They will stick around and make your life hell for as long as possible but once they go away, gold! Goulding dumped the flippers, shorts, diluters, MMs and scammers. They just haven't left yet guys but be patient. Blue skies ahead, literally.
