Svorai family scams have ravaged half a dozen companies, dozens of subsidiaries, and thousands of people in the past few years, leaving a trail of unwitting “investors” in the wake of their PnD toxic schemes.
Do some research on the CEO and get back to me with his last success story that withstood the test of the inevitable death spiral that ensued shortly after they were done pumping, trapping too many to count throughout the past few years while him and his brothers pocketed multi-millions and continue to dilute to this day to finance their lifestyle on the backs of hard working folks.
Heck, don’t take my word — head over to their sister board at V-POR of which together with this company have failed to complete 2 announced spin-offs, and pose a simple question regarding Dror’s management skills. Btw, they started with 280M O/S and they recently had to raise Authorized shares to 15 billion to accommodate all the dilution mostly stemming from Svorai’s brothers. No coincidence Dror just raised the Authorized shares here to 350M just when he started signing debt with his brothers Dekel and Doron and others — I’m going to take a wild guess and say this raise is first of many to come.
Dror always needs more funds. Even after all the paper he dumps somehow it’s never enough to finance any of those initiatives that you mention — so there’s always new debt that turns into millions in deficit that turn ever more toxic in short time. Why do you think he needs to buy promo’s on weekly basis instead of relying on organic growth that “legitimate” emerging penny stock CEO’s are contending with? That’s only IF a small percentage of those PR’s bear any legitimacy, and time is never on his side in that regard.
His reputation precedes him on OTC — he lies more often than not and 90% of his forward looking statements never pan out. The smart trader plays the promo’s and walks away as is evident with price action today...until the next promo...rinse and repeat.
As I said to PW, nothing wrong with playing a promo, Godspeed I do it all the time, but there’s something fundamentally wrong with duping folks into believing a CEO that has historically failed his shareholders is promoting anything other than a toxic PnD.
