If Bruce was smart, and I know he is, he would list only on the Nasdaq and not on the Canadian exchange just like Tilray did (besides low float that is one of the main reasons it doesnt go down much). The Americans love their cannabis stocks, and tend to not short like the Canadians. I dont think he'll do that because he's already listed on the venture though. Just a thought.
