Wrong. He's fighting for back dividends and a pleloria of other things even though the P shares are NON CUMULATIVE. The American taxpayer is paying the legal bills for the Governments defence.

Berkowitz has only one interest and that is his own. And yes, I have owned p shares in the past until I fully understood that there is no chance of winning.
