That's to be expected. FINRA probably wants to see evidence that TRW agreed to distribute the shares. Possibly they want to see confirmation where the $3.40 value is coming from (but that's easy because the SEC asked about it already during the review).

If SIAF didn't submit it the first time.

Best case, we will get the ex-date very soon. If not, I wouldn't be surprised if we get it on the 13th, one day before the pay-date. But in the latter case, some people will get hurt who sell their shares before the ex-date, thinking they already qualified.
