Before. It was a Big Solar Panel company in Florida. Than when he was going to meet with them. I will never forget this one Ed. He told me "the meeting got canceled because of the SNOW STORM". When I reminded him the so called Solar Panel company was in Florida. He got flusted and pissed. LOL
Thank God I was able to get out of this scam. Only loss was transaction fees.
