"Two Florida Counties..." PR 10/10/2018 - At first glance, BIO-key would have us believe that their technology is being utilized by those counties to biometrically identify voters in order to reduce voter fraud.

That would be pretty cool, and a good use of their 1:N capabilities.

HOWEVER, according to the BIO-key PR, the customer was the count's "staff members", which for any county would likely be a few dozen users, at most.

Note also that the ID Director for Windows product (that was sold to these customers, according to the PR) was not developed, and is not the intellectual property of BIO-key. BIO-key resells this solution that is developed by Softex, Inc..

I'd like to hear from BIO-key as to the number of users and the margins on the deal.
