I have researched this. It's all about the wording. It doesn't mean that if you don't submit a vote it automaticly counts as a "no" vote. It means no vote is cast for your shares. It means not a "yes" not a "no". Also to submit nothing also means that you don't count toward the quorum count. I think this is there angle for success. If insufficient votes are made sure won't achieve majority (o/s) votes to pass the R/S. But where everyone thinks their won't be enough "yes" votes for the adjournment if a quorum is not met then the adjournment will by default be the result. I have been thinking this for a while. But your reference to the quote from the def14a confirms my theory. Thanks, this is important for everyone to understand.
