I`m aware of Azul. Just makes it even stranger Ceramtec would default to their competition for any business within Japan. Ceramtec show a history of selling out to the highest bidder with acquisition from BC partners. Kyocera shows a long and strong history of ceramic manufacture and merger acquisitions of the weak. If BC partners seriously are thinking they are jumping in here to try their hand at ceramics I dont expect them to last long in competition. You don't sell a company that's about to out compete Kyocera and I doubt BC partners has anything up it's sleeve in regards to their ceramic manufacture expertise that would change this fact. Sounds to me like BC partners is better off taking a few annual profits. Slapping some lipstick on this pig and selling her down the road.
