Great stuff. Dr David Dalton has been dealing with Merck for many years especially under his private company Health Resources Inc (click on listings and check out #20):

Dr Dalton plans on using the 70K pharmacies he supplies with our CBD products of which at least one and possibly more could very well be under the auspices of a Merck-Univec JV.

In case anybody is interested in knowing about Dr David Dalton feel free to read this article from last year. He has history with Merck and especially with Ken Frazier and John Peoples. This could be very interesting indeed:
