Go to OTCmarkets. Quarterly reports with 3rd party verified financials are being filed. The company has employed a registered transfer agent that publicly updates share counts monthly. The only thing that is not happening at the moment are newswire press realeses that cost money. Would you rather a company that dilutes and sells shares with no regard to SH value. That can be found 99.9% elsewhere in the pinks.

I totally get your points and I'm sure the company will put out more PR's in the future..when it makes sense financially...All..jmo
