I’d say:

80% chance of tonnage production and sales within a year, with quite possibly initial contracts announced within 6 months.

15% chance tonnage production 1+ years.

5% slow failure.

0% scam

Do you really think the universities, scientists, textile cos, the Vietnamese Government and the US Army have been deceived?! for what? a slightly generous salary package?!

Are these parties not reputable enough?

I can’t believe anyone is still entertaining this line of thought.
