I am wondering why they are not actively bidding for shares given they said they were doing a share buyback. If they were and had a PR about this and the business plan is real even with them not filing on time we should not be at these levels. Especially if they bought that 2 million shares. I just do not get this stock. Management has told a good story but is the story all real. I guess if the next filing backs up all their PR's and we see the buyback happened and real earnings then this is a huge missed buying opportunity. Then again why are there no buyers down here? Each day that passes just makes things not look good. If management is all about execution they sure are not showing it right now!
