but why is "all" the shares traded at 25-35 cents not sold with a nice gain?

Main reasons:
- We have the TRW dividend, which should be worth a lot more than the share price of siaf itself.
- We just broke out from a 3-year bear trend, we were at 3 bucks with the same fundamentals as now. The only difference is that we will actually get the TRW shares this time.
- People have been average down, they're still in the negative
- Cash dividends around the corner, still 40% in return at this share price for the next 14 months
- Crazy undervalued since Solomon diluted 20m shares this year, and destroyed all credibility what so ever
- The dilution is or should very soon be over
