Helm has been a terrible CEO. Just look at his other venture as well. BTLN, he managed to run this from $1.00 pps to under .1
He is such a failure to his shareholders in both companies. He is failing and will continue to fail. The prior IR is even still owed money and they cannot afford to pay him.
