Patented nanotechnology. I don't think they would state that it is patented, if it is not. They clearly said it was not patented in the last PR and now they have posted on GRPS home page that it is patented and their trade secret. They also have a lawyer in the family so I'm sure they know what they can declare. However, on xyzhemp.com updated website now says it is patented. So patent was approved? If this is true it is huge for them! $RSHN $GRPS
