I'm assuming that you want me to answer those questions...or at least give some comment about them.

1.) How many shares were sold by insiders in 2006?
My Answer: All insiders MUST FILE a Form 4 with the SEC when they sell shares. It is a major violation with extreme penalties if they fail to do so. Therefore, all insider sells are listed with the SEC under Form 4s. Simply go to pinksheets.com to see the entire history of insider sells for ABEW. I think you'll be pleasently surprised at how few have been sold. Management seems to be holding their shares very, very tight!!!

2.) Where does management expect abew to be a year from now (i think it was august)??
My Answer: I believe that is a forward looking statement and must be answered in the context of a SEC filing. ABEW's management has given such forward looking statements in their previous 10-Q's. To give a full years' outlook would probably be done at the end of 2006 for the coming year of 2007. Gene has already commented about his expectation for profitability in June/July of next year.

BTW, as a side note regarding profitability...one should be aware that a company does NOT need to be profitable for the share price to rise dramatically. Heck, ABEW rose to a $1.27/share and it didn't even have half of the License Agreements it has now...much less show a profit of any kind.

The stock market is full of companies that are not profitable and yet their PPS has risen dramatically because of future expectations. I believe that ABEW will get the same recognition once they are off the pinks AND ZigBee starts to come to life with mass production of their products.
