What is the bid/ask showing for you guys?

On my platform it keeps changing between .19 bid / .20 ask and .25 bid / 2.00 ask. Not sure why it keeps changing.

It also shows current share price 1.13 sometimes and 0.19 sometimes.
680 shares traded.
