I do not like what I am seeing with the banks at all. Penny stock volume has dried up too. I think the market is worried about Halloween spooks from the past, zombie shorts returning thanks to a new never ending tariff war, and lack of any reasons for enough growth to support stock prices staying up in the clouds????
