MMEX is NOT building a refinery as they have NO FINANCING.

And, as promoters have been claiming incorrectly for over a year, every month that FINANCING IS DONE! They have shown to be willing to lie about MMEX on pretty much everything. Even when proven completely wrong each and every time.

MMEX cannot even being to start the planing phase of building a refinery as that actually requires capital. A lot more than the multiple TOXIC LOANS provide. (Those TOXIC LOANS are paying for "Administrative Expenses") (CEO compensation)

Now MMEX is on it's FOURTH EPC agreement this year.

This last (FOURTH) EPC carrot was rotten the third time around, now its just a slimy orange rotted jelly corpse of a carrot that promoters mistakenly stepped on and touted as the latest nonsense KABOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!!

If this doesn't make every MMEX investor sick, then they aren'y really MMEX investors.......
