Is there any substantive evidence to support the ludicrous claim, "MMEX is building a 100k bbl/day refinery!"

Factually MMEX has no project financing, and could not possibly be building a refinery of any sort.

Factually, MMEX has erected a flagpole on 126-acres of Pecos County desert, and overpaid, significantly for a caliche road - that's pretty much it - there is no "refinery" at that location, and the notion of "is building" is a false, incorrect claim.

Are you an attorney with practice expertise in defamation? If so, how is that relevant to MMEX, or MMEX stock? Is Mad J. defaming shareholders or other businesses in addition to securities fraud? That's terrible!
