Ok so I called Charles Schuab about the mysterious shares. Basically the company is giving us a opportunity to purchase more shares at .012 right now that come with 2 warrants. The first warrant allows us to purchase more shares at .018 and the second at .024. This warrant is good for 3 years. But its up to the company on how long they let us exercise it. So if we are anticipating the stock to rise, they are letting us get more stock now, they get more later even if the price goes up. OR, they can R/S and take all of our money....Or you can sell your shares right now and take a loss presumably and repurchase to get the 2 warrants...
