I wouldn't say its a P&D people simply reacted to news and bought. a lot are holding on for next news closer to Nov 20th. It ran 3 days with 900 million volume. the red days barely even broke 100 million volume. its a hold play. learn the difference between a P&D and just a normal buy on news.
