More FAKE NEWS. Berge was current with the filings for almost 10 years before he elected to delay the 2017 10K. The 10Q for the 3rd quarter has a filing deadline of November 14th. With the practice of the 1 week filing extension, which Berge has made almost into a standard practice, he has until the 21st of November to file the 10Q for the 3rd quarter.

At this point in time there is ABSOLUTELY no truth to the 3rd quarter being delinquent and any attempt to claim this is nothing but another attempt to bash a CEO without cause, substance or PROOF!!!!

1st quarter 10Q will be followed by the 2nd quarter 10Q prior to the grand opening on November 10th which Berge covered in his interview which was posted here yesterday.
