At this point It’s really up to the judge to decide and it’s all down to money and ARYC is rolling in it these days so even if they have to pay out, won’t have much effect to the company overall.
The research they’ve done with the USDA isn’t even being used or profited on as of now, that’s the only thing effected by this lawsuit. Once they’re able to market it and profit from it they’ll make even more money.
Funny thing is if ARYC had turned the IP over to Array Molecular the USDA would have just went in another direction they were very clear they will not work with Taub in any way.
