Hey sdheart - I don't have PM, so have to reply here.

It looks like you did very good for yourself with your purchase of ARII. The buyout is for $70, therefore, it won't move too much. Today was a good example with the Markets tanking it held very close to $70. Their Ex-Dividend Date will be coming soon and their Earnings are getting close.

There are 2 options:

1. It could rally a little more after Earnings which could pump up the buyout to $75 range which is good for us longs.
2. The Fed's could deny the buyout or make them sell off pieces which will cause the price to plummet.

I've been holding for 12 years and holding until they close the deal by Year-end.
