Dr Paul Saiz is predominantly a Zimmer surgeon but provided training for surgeons in Brazil on behalf of Amedica. Looking over his payment history on dollars for docs there is nothing in regards payment for providing training on behalf of Amedica. Either dollar for docs doesnt cover paymemts to American doctors for work abroad or Dr. Saiz was paid and thus did training prior to 2013. Dr. Saiz specifically trained surgeons to use ValeoPS and my youtube link shows the video was posted by Sintex Medical in 2012.
Also according to Sintex abput page, last year, Sintex was born out of a partnership with Amedica.
Its interesting that you showed that Spinal Kinetics was the original owner of Sintx but Sintex (2012 or earlier) came before Spinal Kinetics (2014).

This makes me think Sintex Medical formation is somehow connected to Zimmer. I would really like to see a list of its founders.
