True. However, the float only increases when people transfer shares to brokers.

I strongly suspect most of the big wigs aren't transferring any time soon.

Investors INVEST. They hold. They wait for years without giving a crap about day to day swings.

So, it may take months to increase to even 5M shares in the float.

In my opinion. :)
