I think it is going to trade below $48.60 for a substantial period of time, there is a long time to February, Christmas, New Years, Taxes to consider....February before we hear any definitive numbers on this quarters' performance.....

I am still holding out a large portion to try to get under $49, I got some on open today, but at open I was selling out on STZ and all my other crap.....

so I bought in and I sold, and now I am waiting for the real bottom....

Constellation deal still going to close, when it does a serious look will have to be done to a fully diluted market capitalization....whats the share count look three years from now?

I can be certain it is well over 510 million shares outstanding....
