The technology, trade secrets, patents , and facility and the NOLS were just to valuable to be yard sale merchandise..to think this went for $ 4.3 million as some have indicated is total myth..These bidders are global heavy hitters ...in the chemical industry where I’m invested...someone lost out big time on the bidding of this assets..imo..
These are muti billion dollar companies obviously that bid...
Multi $$ dollars possibly long term..imo
