I think you're right- not sure when PBLS ends the year though. Maybe someone out there knows for sure. In any event according to the financing agreement [ unless they bought the clause out] they should be required to file by end of May and since April would be in following with SEC guidlines that would be the drop dead date I suppose. I would think if they are being sincere about wanting to become transparent PBLS might want to start filing other items now to show their good intentions . Still watching the Nov 6th date- interested to see if that holds or if PBLS did indeed get an appeal filed.
