Water restrictions in the central ca. valley has been a big problem for farmers for a long time. loosening up these restrictions is a big deal for the farmers,and fertilizer producers. Food grows where water flow is the farmers mod do, and the central valley is one of the biggest producers of food in the country.If not the world..... Auric. .40 per ton of gold plus silver, and copper is a big deal too.
