I just don’t see it. There was a merger and shares were locked during the merger process. Some shares were released during the process, possibly due to small dilution, market makers, or as part of the acquisition or a combination of all three. But none of that is fraud. The price ran up due to a squeeze on the limited shares available while a majority were locked. This was not a pump and dump.
