Mexus signed the contract with Major Drilling and paid the money. Period

The contract states that the "down-payment"(security deposit) needs to be paid when the contract is signed for the contract to be "in effect". DUH!

Then why is so difficult for someone to produce a signed and counter signed copy of the contract? Until that is produced one can only "assume" the contract that was previously posted on Mexus is the contract being entered into. But anyone who assumes with this company has not been rewarded for their assumptions.

For Example...

Mexus once stated they had a JV contract in place that included terms that the JV was covering all expenses (and if I recall correctly no contract was ever produced detailing the terms of the JV agreement). Anyone who assumed that contract existed and was being followed ended up being wrong. (Yes, I'm aware Mexus finally ended the contract after a breach in agreement, but until the final days we were still being lead to assume MarMar was financing all of the operational expenses)

Mexus once stated that a gold pour was imminent. Anyone who assumed that was true ended up being wrong.

Mexus once stated they would set up a VAT system where the "...first test will produce gold and silver and will be the beginning of positive cash flow.". Anyone who assumed that was true ended up being wrong.

But we should go ahead and assume everything is on the up and up this time. Wink... Wink....
