I call BS on that. Everyone here who has emailed him has received a response. Try that email address. He will tell you that they are in a financials quiet period. I believe we are somewhere between 10 and 14 days into it. I would think that the max would be 45 days for a Quiet Period.

But what really astounds me is the fact that there is so much negativity on the stock, despite the fact that the overall general uptrend continues. Look at the top 10, hell, look at the top 20 stocks on iHub. Every damn one of them is a scam except a ARYC. Yet none of them have this intense negativity .... why is that? They are trying to buy at a lower share price and are feeding off the fact that the company has not yet released it’s financials. I would give it no later than November 15 for the release. I encourage you to sell after that, but it is your choice. Myself, after having visited several times, will be holding my shares for the buyout. Good luck to you.
