One should expect two things: (1) distributions to remain at or below $.225 per quarter until the conversion to a C-Corp is completed and (2) a new dividend policy afterwards as a result of Newco paying taxes at the corporate level.

I have no doubt you're right as rain Enterprising Investor but is this something you're parroting from SA?? or is this actually your non-opinion policy, practice and procedure (you're known so well for) in reverse?
