The current authorized is 200MM shares. The last reported O/S (as of August 31) was a little over 50MM, with about 48MM of those unrestricted. They also put out a PR saying that they had cancelled 7MM shares, just before the diluting MMs (VNDM, AEXGm CFGN) showed up and we saw the massive volume increase in late September. Also notable, OTCMarkets was regularly updating the share structure numbers, verified with the TA, around the first of each month for about a year. Oddly, that stopped in September, and we have not yet gotten an O/S update since the late September dilution. FWIF, my guess is that the current O/S is somewhere in the 65-70MM range.
