All the news is stuff we already have known about. What we need to know are the following

Uplist complete to QB

Litigation is final and favorable

Note Payable is forgiven and removed from books

These three are catalysts that will be released in succession. once that debt is removed from the books this will easily pop to .60 a share within a couple days.

With audited figures, this is easily worth that all day everyday.
