And rightfully so. these are ridiculous prices for a company that has land to build a refinery on, a permit to build it, a supply (its right next door to an oil field), an off-take agreement, a contractor etc. etc. etc.. All this at less than a quarter of a cent currently... that's ridiculous and will not last long. Financing pending and now that EPC is straightened away, its soon. IMO.
