A company which does millions in revenue completely takes down their website for months at the same time as the company which will acquire them and when you call the company they will neither confirm nor deny if its due to the acquisition and then months later they both come back up at the exact same time again with brand new sites and a PR is released which mentioned that their web developers are working to integrate the sites.... That is important DD. How can that be ignored?
