@bail yes, thats how all Penny stocks trade. They need news to prop them up. At some point if they start to produces they will move organically . I would assume a movement up to .13 before earnings? The stock did pop to .16 on the news and slowly has been trending down. I think if Jimmy is honest , it will go to .20 in a matter of 2 days.
