Ok now a fully understand .

Not a problem for me ,have to look into the numbers if they can manage to be profitable without the convertible shares .

How is that cash reported in the books ?

but isn't it easier to just issue shares at current price to raise money?
Company happy ,shareholders happy ,so everyone happy.

or isn't making it any difference bottom line?
