I think its interesting also I noticed both sites went down at same time and then they came back up at same time. Related to that, the statement released by Toron when responding to fake PR acknowledged both sites coming back up. These deals unfortunately take an incredibly long time. I was just talking to a CEO on Sunday that has ran multi-billion dollar international companies which was talking about acquisitions that took two years or so that were similar in revenue to this acquisition. There is just so much legal paperwork and DD to be done for these to complete.
