Why doesnt Inmed Group Inc via Flagship Properties show as a majority holder if they were issued 100 million shares?

Here's a hint, "they weren't issued the shares the deal is bogus

Currently, the Company has no operating history and has incurred operating losses, and as of
the period ending January 31, 2018 the Company had a working capital deficit and an accumulated deficit.
These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company’s ability to continue as a going concern.
Management believes that the Company’s capital requirements will depend on many factors including the
success of the Company’s development efforts and its efforts to raise capital. Management also believes the
Company needs to raise additional capital for working capital purposes. There is no assurance that such
financing will be available in the future.
