At this point, the company needs to put out an 8-K about this event and come clean with some actual information. If they are truly in the process of doing anything with their financials they need to get some credibility back and reporting this with the SEC is the right thing to do on many fronts. If they do not, then the management team really doesn't get it and shareholders should think twice about holding.
