We would like to inform that Major Drilling de Mexico, S'A. de C.V. has signed a contract with Mexus Gold MX, S.A. de C.V. to conduct a Diamond Drilling Program for a minimum of 800 meters at Mexus' Project Santa Elena located in Caborca, Sonora.

This program is intended to start during the first week of November 2018'

Looks like both parties have signed the contract, doesn't it.
